Restarting ipfm after a re boot

Postby bec » Fri Jun 26, 2009 6:40 am

I now have a HD install using a CF HDD. Today we had a power failure and, if IPFM re-started when the router was re-booted, it didn't re-start writing logs. When I look at ipfm status I see this:
Running ipfm
2870 S 1 ipfm ipfm

How do I troubleshoot why it doesn't re-start?

I'd attach a report, but there doesn't seem to be a way to attach files on this new forum. Any suggestions?

If you will make a post in the standard 04x support section the link to attach a file is there.
But specifically with a power failure and if you have the ext2 package and it needed to make some disk corrections it can sometimes cause system problems. So the first thing that I would try is a manual reboot.
If you are afraid that you might make a mistake. The chances are high that you will never learn anything.
