Hi, i'm new to Linux. I am currently planning to use freesco as an ethernet bridge or router to connect different networks in the office. But my NIC use davicom chip which is not in the supported network driver. I have davicom DM9102A chips. I visited davicom's website but the driver for Linux is kernel 2.2.x and above.
My question is, can I use the driver provided by davicom to setup my freesco router? If yes how?
or do I need to compile a new network driver? I am downloading Freesco 0.3.8
Please help me as i really want to try freesco.
Thanks in advance...
