Hardware Question

I've been trying to get Freesco running on an old Toshiba Satellite 4070CDS.
This laptop has no fixed ethernet connection, so I'm "forced" to use 2 pcmcia cards.

At first I used a Xircom and some card with a Realtek chipset, which seemed to work fine, but after a while, the network connections seemed to die for no apparent reason.

I found that the Xircom is a 16bit card, but the Realtek is a 32Bit card, so I'm guessing there might be some kind of hardware conflict. But that is a totally different topic

To test this, I found some 3Com 3CCFE574BT pcmcia cards (16bit) real cheap.

But before I buy them... will these cards work with Freesco at all? using the pcmcia package that is...

Yes, the 3Com 574 is supported.

Freesco 0.3.8 has been running on the laptop with these cards for about a week now.
and she's been purring like a kitten
