Help with Surecom network driver?

Can someone please help me with compiling this driver, for the latest version?
(I cant seem to get into dos mode on my XP box with NTFS... :-)

It's a Surecom 10/100 EP-320X-S1 Ethernet adapter.

This driver is designed for a 2.2.x kernel. However it did actually compile WITH errors. So it may or may not work in FREESCO, but you can definately give it a try. You will also need to install the pci-scan.gz module along with this driver. Just place them both in the drv directory and do not uncompress them.
