How do I add the perls GD modul to the perl_5.6.1_dingetje.pkg install?

The first thing that you need is the libgd library. Which to my knowledge only comes with one package. So what you need to do is to install the "lightsquid_1.7.1_system32.pkg" package. You then can uninstall the package as soon as it is installed and the libgd libraries will remain on your system and active. Libraries are the single item that are not removed when removing packages because of other possible dependencies.
I do not know if there are any specific scripts required in perl as well but lightsquid is written almost entriely in perl so it is a start at least and it works in the lightsquid package do draw graphs and such on web pages.

Ok, I just recompiled the library myself. So you can try it out and see what happens. Here is how to install it

pkg -rescan

Then try your perl scripting again and see what happens.

dame, snarf cammand failed, I can load webpage on my mobilephone out of my Wlan, so the internet can see my webpages but the freesco can not see webpages on the internet. freesco runs as server only.

You can download the file with anything and copy it to a floppy. Then put the floppy in FREESCO and use

Although looking at the report it looks like it should be able to do it on it's own.

It shouldn't be necessary, however try it and see first and then reboot if it still doesn't work.
Also after viewing your report.txt I would STRONGLY recommend disabling the extra ramdisk. The extra ramdisk is ONLY useful on floppy installs of FREESCO and on hard drive installs it just creates more memory issues.

Then I should look in the BIOS of the computer for check the system clock and some other thing, so BIOS screen loads but the keyboard is dead but works for get in to BIOS mode under POST time.
Is it a way to dump the "screen info" on ALT-F1 so I can show it for you?
I have a sing-up routine for a computer competition from

There is no need to see the boot screen as I recognize the symptoms.
Your primary problem is hardware related and it has very little to do with software as such. Adding the GD module can NOT effect the actual operating system in any way.
Also if turning off the extra ramdisk actually causes more problems then you have some serious memory issues and what was probably happening was that the ramdisk was occupying some of the bad ram area.
The very first thing I recommend is to take the machine apart and at a minimum remove and re-seat all of the memory modules along with a basic cleaning of the board and components with some air so there is no dust residue on any surfaces. If that still does not help then replace the memory modules. A lot of time this type of problem never shows in DOS because DOS only uses 640K of it. You then can download "memtest86" and run that on the system and see if there is bad cache or memory in the system.

The clock problem is caused usually by a bad BIOS battery in an old computer and can be solved with a replacement or never shut the machine off after setting the time and date. However it is occasionally caused from a computer that is just plainly schizophrenic and the only cure is a simple and basic funeral. But be certain to set the "BIOS defaults" before any type of decision is made because some bogus settings can really mess with the system as well.

As for showing screen shots, there is only two ways to do that. The first is with a camera and a picture and the second and best way is with the system running in a VMware window but neither are really going to help with your specific issues.

Bummer, but the good news is those are one of the few items on a motherboard that can be replaced quite easily if you get the replacement capacitor with the same exact values and a soldering iron.
