how to use bandwith management in freesco.042?
any suggest?

Specifically what kind of bandwidth management are you talking about ?
Because FREESCO only has bandwidth control for the built in FTP and HTTP servers and there is nothing for the clients behind FREESCO. If you need that kind of control then the "squid proxy server" package has bandwidth control compiled into it, although it is quite complicated to configure and I have never even tried to configure it for bandwidth control. So that would be a squid support question.
