Exim 4.20 Smtp Authentication

Helo,

My mail server works well (in general).
some recipent do not get my emails.
I have I saw that I have a Dynamic Ip address and I am blocked in RBL lists.

I have configured the server to Relay all emails to my ISP address.
I set Authentication user name and Password but I have a feeling that my server,
sends amails not thru my ISP.

how can I check that all outgoing emails relay to my ISP.

Hi,

Thank you for the fast respond.

As I was sure that all exim configuration are correct,
I desided to recheck and I saw an interesting thing.

In my original configuration for Mail Route and Authentication,

route_list = my.isp.smtp

And in the Howto setup a mail server link you redirect me it shows

route_list = <span style='color:red'>*</span> your.isp.smtp

I'm do not know what is the "*" for, may be you can clear this one for me.

I have the same setup... sending mail via my ISP
using exim_4.20_phbc50*

    route_list = * smtp.provider.net

I'm not sure what the " * " is for, but it works for me.
(smtp.provider.net should be replaced with your ISP's mail address)
I assume it means that ALL mail should be send through your ISP?!
