Pl Script Error With Gd Modul Use

I are trying too use the GD-module in perl for resize a jpeg images but gets
errors so I write a test script (z.cgi) for checkin if the GD-modul works and the output from
the test script is the GD-modul versions number.

But I can not get this to work at all in freesco 0.3.5 so if I reinstall my computer with freesco 0.3.7 and put in all packages as I have now under 0.3.7 can that be
a good idée too try?

In my old freesco 0.3.4 setup as is offline after I setup the freesco 0.3.5 in new hardware the z.cgi file works and the the pl-file for resize the jepg file works to.

dingetje Exacly that I trying too do, but I geting only:

Can this help me with the perl problem?

When I run the 'test.pl' script (do a search on Google for the code) on my system and edit it to add the GD check, it runs OK.
The only thing I can think of, that may cause this kind of trouble, is a corrupted file system. Maybe when you rename the i386-linux directory in site_perl and untar the above posted tarball once more (in effect you have the files twice on your system then, once in the possibly corrupted but now renamed directory, and once in the newly created i386-linux directory) the problem may be resolved.

The fact that the software works on your off-line 034 box proves to me it is related to this new 035 box. I can't rule out a conflict with one of the other packages though...

dingetje I tested you answer but gets the same error.

I will reinstall the 0.3.5 box with 0.3.7 but only after a
real formatin of the hardrive so nothing is in the way of
the new freesco installation.

How do you backup you files then you shall reinstall?
I do a FTP of www/cgi files to a other linux computer for the moment.
