I made a package for freesco 03x.
It can be found @ <a href='http://jota.kicks-ass.net/mlnet/mlnet-2.5.21-rattkin' target='_blank'>http://jota.kicks-ass.net/mlnet/mlnet-2.5.21-rattkin</a>

use of the situation to betatest 034beta. Asap I have things running the site will be up again.
Sorry for the delay.

Marc

(Udate 23 jan 2005) Site is up and running again. I installed and tested MLNet. It works but has to be polished.

and what about compiling more stable version? 2.5.21 is very nice (work much better when mlnet-254.06-marc) but still unstable - i must reboot it (killall mlnet then start mlnet again) few times a week <_< .

Hi,

Yes its true. Its not very stable. I ve been testing the new package for a week now and I have ro restart it every day. Good thing I build in the webcontrol start and restart button. A few files where downloaded via the fasttrack and edonkey network. They seem to work out of the box even though I did not do any portforewarding.

I tried to compile the newest version of mlnet on zipslack but I was not very lucky. All I work with is someone elses compiled binary.

I must add that the mlnet group is very active. Constantly new features are added and others are gone. Meanwhile a lot of bugs are fixed and new ones introduced. So I looked around for a simple bittorrent programm. But there are not many around. I keep looking though.

The basic idea is to have a simple p2p client as a package. Next step is to share packages :colgate:

<a href='http://borders.dontexist.com' target='_blank'>http://borders.dontexist.com</a>

towards middle of the page is a "download the files" link, where the download resides.
